Jet Band(My Band)

Watch this or die. XD This is my high school's marching band. Well, I call it my high school, even though I'm never going to go to it... seeing as I'm moving... oh well! Moving on! Anyway, this is the James E. Taylor High School Jet Band. This past year's show was called Death and Transfiguration. There are three movements. While you watch the video, not how at one point, the colorguard "dies"(the grayish-brown flags), and soon after "transfigure" and become "butterflies" after being "caterpillars". Also, at the very end, streamers are pulled out from their sleeves(extremely uncomfortable), and they then march into the shape of a butterfly... you'd be able to see it better if the camera had been in the center of the stands.

Please also note that this is not for entertainment... marching bands preform at football games, yes, but it's really just practice, as there are marching competitions that go on for quite a while. I don't remember how far out band got, or how well they did, this year, but they went to San Antonio and preformed in the Alamo Dome which was a cool trip for them.
